Gloria Maria Diaz was the first Filipina who won the prestigous Miss Universe crown in 1969. She later became a well-respected actress in Philippine cinema. She has two beautiful daughters, Isabela and Ava Esmeralda. She is the sister of the late actress, Rio Diaz Cojuangco.
